Privacy Policy

Last updated August 18, 2026

Who we are

RazeUp is a mobile application owned and operated by Colton Miles Caito ("RazeUp," "We," "Us"). This policy explains what information the RazeUp app collects when you use it, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

(a) Profile information you provide directly — name, age, weight, height, activity level, dietary preferences, and fitness goals — used to calculate your personalized nutrition and training targets. (b) Health-adjacent data you choose to log — meals, exercise, body measurements, supplements, and (if you connect them) Apple Health or Whoop data — used solely to power the app's tracking and coaching features. (c) Usage and security data collected automatically, including IP address, device identifier, approximate connection type, timestamps, and request patterns — used for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection. (d) Purchase and subscription status, managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and our subscription infrastructure provider (RevenueCat) — used to unlock premium features tied to your account.

Why we collect it

We use your data to run the app's core features: personalized macro and training targets, meal and workout logging, restaurant ordering recommendations, and progress analytics. Usage and security data is collected and retained for security, fraud-prevention, and intellectual-property-protection purposes — specifically to detect and respond to unauthorized scraping, cloning, automated abuse, or attempts to circumvent app restrictions. This data is stored in access-controlled systems and is never sold to third parties.

Third-party services

RazeUp uses a small number of third-party services to operate: • Supabase — backend data storage and authentication infrastructure. • RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management (relays purchase receipts from Apple/Google; does not receive your payment details, which are handled entirely by Apple or Google). • Apple Health / Whoop — only if you explicitly connect them, and only to read the specific metrics needed for your dashboard. None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

VPN & proxy connections

RazeUp may restrict or decline access from connections identified as originating through a VPN, proxy, or similar anonymization service, as part of the security measures described above. If flagged, you will be shown a notice asking you to disable the VPN/proxy to continue.

Data retention & your rights

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, and security/usage logs for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the CCPA and GDPR where applicable), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting raze.up.fitness@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

RazeUp is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
