Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RazeUp mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by Colton Miles Caito ("RazeUp," "We," "Us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

RazeUp offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans, plus a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account: • Monthly — $29.99, billed every month • 6 Months — $149.99, billed every 6 months (~$25.00/mo) • Annual — $249.99, billed every year (~$20.83/mo) • Lifetime — $399.99, one-time purchase, no recurring billing Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings — RazeUp does not process cancellations directly. Some users may qualify for a reduced recurring rate (e.g. via the in-app feedback or social-share reward programs) instead of a standard plan; those rates are still auto-renewing subscriptions subject to these same terms unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective standard refund policies, not by RazeUp directly.

The RazeUp App — including its concept, design, proprietary algorithms, calorie and macro calculation methodologies, user interface, feature set, data architecture, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Colton Miles Caito. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, copying, modification, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or public disclosure of any proprietary information obtained through use of the App is strictly prohibited.

RazeUp™, RazeUp Fitness™, Raze Up Nutrition™, and Raze Up App™ are trademarks of Colton Miles Caito. Unauthorized use of these marks constitutes trademark infringement under applicable law.

By using the App, you agree to: (a) Use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized in writing; (b) Not attempt to access, scrape, modify, or interfere with the App's backend systems, APIs, or databases; (c) Not use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation; (d) Provide accurate information when creating your profile; (e) Not impersonate any other person or entity in connection with your use of the App.

RAZEUP AND ALL INFORMATION, TOOLS, CALCULATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND FEATURES CONTAINED WITHIN ARE PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND PERSONAL FITNESS TRACKING PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING WITHIN RAZEUP CONSTITUTES MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR GUIDANCE FROM A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL. Calorie calculations, macro targets, workout recommendations, and body composition estimates are approximations based on general formulas and population averages — not personalized medical recommendations. Consult a licensed physician, healthcare provider, or registered dietitian before beginning any diet, exercise, or wellness regimen, particularly if you have or suspect a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medications.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAZEUP AND COLTON MILES CAITO ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING PHYSICAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DIETARY/EXERCISE OUTCOMES — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. YOUR USE OF RAZEUP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RazeUp is domiciled. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
